Iran Mobilizes 7 Million Fighters: Locked, Loaded, Standing Tall

Iran’s Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Qalibaf declared on Thursday that 7 million Iranians stand ready to fight if US. forces invade the country. Furthermore, he issued a bold, direct warning to Washington.

Writing on X, Qalibaf addressed the American public with the opening line: “Listen up.” Then, he launched into a fiery message blending personal history with battlefield rhetoric.

“Right now, in less than a week, a powerful national campaign sweeping the country has brought forward around 7 million Iranians,” he wrote. Additionally, he stated they had already declared their readiness to pick up arms. Consequently, he closed with a sharp warning: “You come for our homeโ€ฆ you’re gonna meet the whole family. Locked, loaded and standing tall.”

Meanwhile, Iranian state media and text message campaigns actively urged citizens to volunteer. Notably, the IRGC’s all-volunteer Basij force has also begun accepting children as young as 12.

Furthermore, Iran’s army chief, Maj. Gen. Amir Hatami warned on state television that “not a single person” would survive a US. ground invasion.

On the diplomatic front, however, Qalibaf denied ongoing talks with the US., calling reports “fake news” designed to manipulate oil markets. Nevertheless, Trump confirmed that Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner had been communicating with Ghalibaf behind the scenes.

Meanwhile, oil prices surged more than 6%, pushing Brent crude above $105+ per barrel as markets reacted sharply. Ultimately, Iran’s defiant posture signals that the conflict, now entering its second month, shows no signs of cooling.
